After 3 long weekends, taptap's T/A manager was kind enough to grant her a Sunday off! No surprises wad we did for the weekend... we brought the poohies out! Feels like forever since we did sumthin goofy n happy like the video above but finally we can go back to fun-filled weekends! =)

Tuptup taptap went on shopping spree at far east plaza! After weeks of online shopping... i guess real shopping's a breath of fresh air. Heehee. Had craving for sushi so decided to pop by sakae sushi for our first and last time. Besides playing wif poohies on the conveyor belt... nothing else is worth a mention. Oki pics galore!

Last weekend, tuptup n taptap met at marina barrage after work... originally wanting a quiet late afternoon picnic with walter n mellon. Coincidentally, we stumbled on an event for married couples and decided to chup ji kar.

While hundreds of other couples renewed their wedding vows, tuptup said our taptup vows for the first time and released our balloons into the air with everyone else! i have no doubt that they've either burst, got deflated and are strewn somewhere... but still together.

After that, tuptup drove (with his lousy driving skills) taptap to city hall where we had a rather long emo talk n our favourite photo whoring session. Taptap always says i post her ugly pics but seriously... i dun see any?! Anyways, the day din end of chummy n nice of course with Tuptup's blabbering mouth.

Tuptup has a penchant for saying the wrongest things at the wrongest times; not that he's proud of it. It has certainly caused Taptap (n tuptup) a lot of distress n he just wanna say a big sorry so here goes...

Sigh. Sometimes pple say... "you think everyday Sunday ah!" Well, sometimes i wish it weren't Sunday. This Sunday ain't as nice as Saturday. =(

While on my way to chin guan's ROM, du dio der stoopid storm again! I was stuck at a busstop outside Japanese Gardens for almost an hour and it was raining cats and dogs... and i'm not talking abt kittens and chihuahuas... it's like raining Garfields and German shepherds, doberman... u get the idea la. It certainly din help that the passing cars helped to 'wash' the busstop, with me in it of course.

After my SOS phone calls to frens went unheeded/diverted/passed on to someone else(i guess when u're not the damsel, distress is ermm... just fine. haha!)... i decided to get to the ROM in true blue commando fashion. After skipping past puddles, scaling a fallen tree across the road, waddling (ok not exactly) through ankle-deep water armed with nothing but a broken umbrella... i trudged past wat, 10 uprooted trees? (not exaggerating) and finally got to the little teahouse for Guan's ROM.

Actually, all that was oki la. i was more worried how taptap was gg to find her way in with fallen trees n stuff. Luckily taptap's smart n found her way. Although, it was about ending when she arrived... we figured we could go photo-whoring around. Some parts of Japanese/Chinese Gardens were pretty picturesque.

BUT, tuptup committed the worst mistake ever; a cardinal sin to say the least- he forgot to charge the camera batteries! We were oni limited to some pictures (pls see below). Sigh... tuptup's stoopidity killed off wateva was left of taptap's mood n really wanted to kick myself.

Taptap's free time's really precious and i really hate to spoil it for her with my dum dum moves. Doesn't matter why i forgot, how i forgot or wateva. The fact is: i forgot.

It's der Saturday and after taptap's work... she followed tuptup n family to Seletar Country Club to play bowling, a bit of golf and to have a nice nice dinner. The torrential rain sure din help but luckily it stopped just abt in time for a few practice shots at the driving range. =)

After dat, tuptup, taptap, bro and pop trotted off to play a bit of bowling. My dad was so eager to play he left my mum alone at the range... HAHA. Best bowling session in a long while. Haven't seen my mom, pop, bro n taptap all so happy... at the same time some more.

Dinner time! We were famished. Fortunately enough, the food came really quickly. We opted to go for oriental food this time, laksa, horfun, meepok, fish head claypot rojak n roast beef. Decent. Wat mattered was everybody was happy. =)

Satisfied... it was home sweet home! Tuptup n taptap tried to do some online shopping after the pompom time. But Taptap really so tired she fell asleep in tuptup bed. She looks uber cute when she's asleep. See she so tired, tuptup decided to chauffeur her home. All in all, a good day! Despite the weather conditions n taptap's mood... tuptup was happy taptap got to let her hair down a bit.

7 colours of the rainbow.

The rainbow has 7 colours... some brighter, others not-so-bright. Perhaps that's what makes the rainbow sometimes an awe-inspiring spectacle.

Similar to life, there are good days and not-so-pretty ones. We stick it out during the bad days and wait for the nice ones. Below are my brightly-coloured days with taptap. Enjoy! :)
